It cannot be denied that time sometimes flows a bit slowly here in the farm. Everyday, it’s the same routine with the same set of tasks. It’s fun to live in a quiet place, but sometimes it could get a tad boring.

Nevada has taken our Constitution into the fullest extent. Indeed, we are as free as any state could be, with our libertarian ways enacting necessary laws that other states would not even dream of doing for the foreseeable future. In a great many ways, Nevada is ahead of its time; even for American standards. The Tempe Festival of the Arts has been granted the honor of being among the top 20 art festivals in the nation by the Sunshine Artist. And it has also received the pinnacle award from the International Festival and Events Association. The spring and fall events are expected to reach populations of around 25,000 over the course of a three-day weekend. Life can be so boring for many grownups. We all have the desire to have fun and play sports like when we were kids, but it’s a fact that we simply cannot afford that luxury anymore. We now have responsibilities to attend to, and financial obligations to sustain. We tend to live lives that border on the mundane because of this, where we live to earn to survive. A collective effort by a talented group of friends started Red Rabbit. They were mostly artists and artisans, and they would meet up a lot for lunch and discuss all things that were related to crafts. So it’s no surprise that they came up with the idea of hosting their own craft show eventually. In a humble corner of the Old Louisville’s St. James Court, a small open-air art fair started about five decades ago. What was affectionately known as the St. James Court Art show then as grown into one of the largest of its kind in the country. Every year, over 700 aspiring and seasoned artists arrive from every part of the country. If you would want to plan a visit to the Ohio State Fair, you’d want to take a break from the old carnival rides for a truly special treat; the Fine Arts Exhibition. The exhibition will be held in the Cox Fine Arts Center, and there will be around 300 pieces in almost every medium imaginable, so there will be something for everyone there. My wife and I recently got back from the Spring Bada-Bing at around midnight last night. My satisfaction with the craft show is very high; I could say that it was a very good show! We’re both very exhausted, of course, and things didn’t go as smoothly as we’d expected. All in all, though, we still had a good time and made some sales. |
